Düsseldorf vibes! 🌆

The one-bedroom apartment was massive and super comfy for our family. We had a lekker time at the pool so much fun! Chommie at reception was always ready to help. Plus, having the train station close was a huge bonus for getting around easily!

Just had a little trouble with the housekeeping timing. they didn’t show on the planned day. Next time, I’ll ask them to come for sure.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and found the bed very comfortable during my stay. I encountered issues with unaddressed maintenance problems and inconsistent staff service, which affected my experience. This hotel is great for those who value well-maintained accommodations but could improve its staff training and responsiveness to requests.

The noise from nearby trams was unbearable at night!!! the air conditioning barely worked, leaving us chilled. Parking fees were inflated and inconsistent service at the front desk marred what could have been a smooth experience!!!

The stay was primarily about visiting the nearby Kaiser-Wilhelm-Denkmal and exploring other attractions. I really appreciated the spacious room with all the kitchen essentials like a fridge and oven, which made it convenient for snacks. The lovely pool and sauna area were fantastic for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. Although the pillows were a bit soft for my liking, overall, it was a comfortable experience.

the hotel is just a short walk from key attractions like the beautiful hofgarten park and the iconic rhine tower, allowing for lovely strolls through the city with park views all around.

the breakfast buffet has a wide selection of delicious food. the room was noisy at night.

The staff were friendly and very helpful when we arrived. They even gave us an early check-in, which was a lifesaver for our plans. the pool was fantastic, perfect for relaxing in after a long day of walking around, and exactly like in the pictures.

It wasn’t the cheapest place, but for what you get, it was still reasonable.

The beautifully designed rooms had everything we needed. We enjoyed the lovely pool area that was at a perfect temperature. The breakfast offered a great selection which fueled our long days exploring, and the location made it easy to find restaurants nearby.

the staff was super helpful and friendly when we checked in, even tho it was busy. the room was nice and clean, and we really loved the location since it was so close to the train station. everything felt modern and comfy. also, the shower had great water pressure and got hot really quick. would totally recommend it for a quick stay!

the kitchen space was kinda small and dark, making it hard to see things. also, we heard some noise from outside at night and in the morning from trams.
